Before real estate, Kim built her career at the highest levels of luxury service and organizational leadership — as Regional Director of Philanthropy for the American Cancer Society, Corporate and Store Director at Tiffany & Co., and Director of Sales at The Ritz-Carlton. The skills she honed in those roles — precision, discretion, tough negotiation, and an unwavering commitment to the client experience — translate directly to results at the closing table.
Kim is a Purdue University graduate, originally from Akron, Ohio, and has called Southwest Florida home long enough to know it deeply. She and her husband Brian live in Osprey, where they are active members of Epiphany Cathedral in Venice and the Venice Yacht Club. When she's not working for her clients, you'll find Kim on the water, exploring Sarasota's cultural arts scene, or in the kitchen channeling her Lebanese heritage. She's also a proud mom to a blended family of five grown children.
